Schematic Design - Where Your Project Starts
When a new project is initiated, we review the client's requirements, the allocated space for the theater, the estimated schedule, and the proposed budget.
 
From this review, a program for the project is developed which guides the process of design. Additionally, we create an initial layout of the theater's spaces that addresses initial spatial relationships and requirements.
